Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of construction work.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and labor teams to maintain workflow and timelines.
Monitor construction quality and ensure all work adheres to company standards, drawings, and safety guidelines.
Maintain daily site reports including labor records, work progress, and material consumption.
Inspect all materials delivered to the site and ensure they match the approved specifications.
Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment by coordinating with the procurement team.
Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate critical concerns to the project manager when necessary.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct routine safety inspections.
Verify measurements for billing, material reconciliation, and contractor payments.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate site supervision.
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and site safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills to manage teams and vendors.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and site reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and disciplined approach.
Ability to work independently and handle site operations with minimal supervision.
Must be flexible to work at different project locations across Nashik as required.
